Wiktoria Michałkiewicz

Wiktoria Michałkiewicz is an arts and culture strategist, talent agent, curator and founder of REZO, a global consulting agency focused on career and talent development for visual artists, art advisory services, developing international partnerships in the cultural sector, and merging art with business and academia.  As an exhibition producer and curator, she has curated multiple exhibitions featuring celebrated artists, collaborating closely with international festivals and esteemed institutions. She often works with most prestigious international art events, galleries, organisations, and venues as a contributor, jury member, speaker, and consultant.

Michałkiewicz has established a career as a contributing editor for prestigious international magazines like National Geographic, Harper’s Bazaar, and Vogue. In one of her roles, she was part of Fotografiska Stockholm and Fotografiska International, contributing to its global expansion to Tallinn and New York. Michałkiewicz serves as a judge and nominator for international photography awards and portfolio reviewer at international festivals, including the Prix Pictet, Leica Oskar Barnack Award, Xposure International Photography Awards, Meitar Award for Excellence in Photography, among others.

Michałkiewicz specializes in designing tailored-made strategies for international development of artists' careers, including helping them navigate the global arts industry, understand institutional positioning, and scouting for an appropriate gallery representation. Instead of a project-based approach, she focuses on long-term and individual development of an artist's career, focusing on all aspects of talent development: from finding matching partners for exhibiting existing projects, through conceptualising ideas in progress, and a long-term vision of a career trajectory.
