HCP has identified an extraordinary property that will become our permanent creative campus—two historic buildings designed by renowned Houston architect William Ward Watkin. HCP intends to pursue historic preservation designation for the building, ensuring that this significant landmark remains an enduring part of the city's cultural landscape.
